An official high school transcript should:

Have a cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale along with the grading scale used.
Include the graduation date or anticipated graduation date.
Be signed and dated by the “School Principal."
Be emailed directly to firstname.lastname@example.org or mailed to the Huntington University Office of Admissions.
