Leadership Coaching Certificate

Effective leaders lead the way for others.

Whether a leader by choice, by necessity or simply by nature, a good leader – an effective leader – can change lives. And the best leaders know that part of leading means leading the way for others to grow.

The Leadership Coaching Certificate is in partnership with CAST (Coach Approach Skill Training) and through this foundation, the program will teach future coaches how to successfully facilitate relationships that help others transform lives and careers. Additionally, our Leadership Coaching Certificate course is ICF approved meaning that when you earn your Leadership Coaching Certificate at Huntington University, you will — upon completion of the coursework — have met the International Coaching Federation’s coach-specific training and mentor coaching requirement. Post-certificate requirements and full ACC eligibility requirements can be found on the ICF website: CoachingFederation.org.

By combining the established methods and training of the CAST team and the historied success and rigorous curriculum of Huntington University, HU has developed a Leadership Coaching Certificate designed to prepare the next generation of leadership coaches.
